Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

THICCC3D ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

THICCC3D LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

THICCC3D LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside the U.S.

I never received my package? 

If you have an issue or have not received your package, please contact us.  If the package is lost or does not arrive, we will refund you the purchase price of your order. The refund will only be issued 30 days after the order date.  This is because your package may still show up and may be held up for various reasons. 

Can you refund my order? 

Shipping internationally may take longer than expected, so please be patient when ordering from another country.  Remember that THICCC3D LLC is based in the USA and shipping outside of the country may have delays due to customs, weather, etc. 

Will I have to pay Duty and VAT charges?

Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon delivery. Unfortunately, THICCC3D LLC has no control over these fees as they are decided and charged by your local customs office.

If payment of additional fees is refused at the time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. At that point, we can refund your purchase price, not including shipping costs.
